VACUUM PACK MACHINES AND POUCHES |

Chamber vacuum machines are simply a stainless steel box (the chamber) that has a seal bar (or bars) in it and a lid to close off the chamber. You place the product to be vacuumed in a vacuum pouch and then lay the open end of the pouch across the seal bar. With the chamber machines on this page, you then just close the lid to start the vacuum pump. They will automatically go through the vacuum cycle, gas flush cycle (if used), the sealing cycle and then the outside air is vented back into the chamber and the lid opens. Remove the finished package(s) and start over. This cycle generally takes less than 30 seconds. Chamber machines utilize a rotary vane vacuum pump that is capable of pulling a vacuum of about 2-3 torr (99.9% vacuum or 29.8" of mercury.) This is much tighter than an air operated nozzle machine (90% or 27" of mercury) or piston powered home machines (85% or 25" of mercury.) | The MVS-50 is a chamber vacuum machine with two seal bars of 29.25". It has the same electronics as the other MVS series vacuum machines which includes up to 9 programs in the digital controller. You can order the seal bar configured in one of 3 different ways: 1. Standard is one 4mm wide seal plus a hot cut-off wire (enables you to tear off any excess bag length); 2. Option one is two 4mm wide parallel seals (no cut-off); and 3. Option two is one 6mm wide seal plus a hot cut-off wire. Minipack chamber machines have a one year parts warranty. | The MVS-65 is a new addition to the Minipack line. With 25.75" seal bars , 24" between the two bars and the optional 11.5" chamber height, this work horse will pack your largest pieces. It is made from stainless steel and comes with digital controls with 9 programs, programmable soft air, electronic pressure sensor instead of vacuum timer and removable seal bars. You can order the seal bar configured in one of 3 different ways: 1. Standard is one 4mm wide seal plus a hot cut-off wire (enables you to tear off any excess bag length); 2. The Minipack MVS-250 Swing Lid Double Chamber Vacuum Machine has a 26.5" x 23.5" x 9.5"H chamber and 2 seal bars 24.5" long. The chamber is coupled with a 5 HP 100m3/H Busch® vacuum pump to make quick work of all your vacuum packaging needs. When one side is finished vacuuming and sealing the packages you simply swing the lid to the other side to start a new cycle. This is approximately 30% faster than using a single chamber machine.
