The semi-automatic one-step shrink wrap systems on this page all feature a take-away conveyor to speed up production. A one-step system has a shrink hood that is over the L-bar allowing simultaneous sealing and shrinking. The shrink systems with an integrated shrink tunnel found here are faster than these with the hood. All the semi-auto machines tend to be faster than the smaller one-step manual machines. If you're not familiar with shrink wrapping, we have a list of common shrink wrap definitions and a list of options. that are available on some of the shrink systems to help you understand just what these terms mean. These shrink wrap machines use polyolefin or PVC centerfold shrink film.

| The FM-76A Digit is a semi-automatic chamber shrink wrap machine with automated hood lowering (with safety release) and automatic sealing, shrinking and product ejection. It is equipped with an automatic water tight cooling system for the sealing bars and a take-away conveyor for production speed. Speed is up to 12 wraps per minute.
