Automatic Shrink Wrap Systems

The automatic shrink wrap systems on this page all feature fully automatic operation with a loading and a take-away conveyor to speed up production. These machines are ideal for high-speed, full production facilities. They need a shrink tunnel to shrink the items after being wrapped. The all new Diva features an unlimited length sealing area which makes the Diva the perfect shrink wrap machine for doing extra long items such as skis or curtain rods. The Continua is a mail bagging machine that can be set up to do high speed shrink wrapping (up to 50 items per minute) of small items such as CD's. These shrink wrap machines use polyolefin or PVC centerfold shrink film.

The Digit 56T is a fully automatic, high speed L-bar sealer without a shrink tunnel. Add the Tunnel 50 to shrink. Reliability,speed and stoutness are built into the Digit 56T. Easy to operate, only two adjustments are needed to change package size (length is set automatically!) The Digit 56T features adjustable belt speed; programmable function to pack single packages or products in groups; double photo cell for horizontal and vertical package detection; film waste winding device with safety micro switch and audible signal; PLC raises seal area for packages higher than 4"; sealing bars equipped with PTFE Non Stick-coated blades; 10 selectable programs on digital panel; panel displays five languages; sealing bar height is adjustable; power feed of film; electronic counters. The Digit 56TCS higher product option changes the machine to allow product up to 9" tall.

The Diva is a fully-automatic shrink wrap machine that features unlimited product length capability. The PATENTED sealing system consists of two independent blades, one across the film, one parallel to it. These two independent blades reduce the sealing time and allow for unlimited length products using the one parallel blade several times down the length of the package. It is equipped with an automatic water tight cooling system for the sealing bars. Speed is up to 60 items per minute.
