HOW TO ORDER FROM IPE

1. All items may be ordered on line. We have more information on how you can take advantage of our secure on-line shopping cart and order from the convenience of your home or office any time of day in our section on our shopping cart below. We're going to call you back on any order of $500 or more before freight. That way, if you have questions you can feel confident on placing the order on-line...we will call you back! You can also ask us to call you for credit card information.

    We are committed to providing you a safe and secure method to transmit your valuable personal data and credit card information. Our shopping cart uses the latest data encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information is safe when using our online ordering system. It utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is built into major browsers such as Netscape, Internet Explorer and Firefox. Working with your browser, Digital Certificate guarantees that the secure server you are giving your credit card number to is who we say they are! SSL is the only way your credit card number is transmitted. It will not be sent by unsecured e-mail.
    You can tell when secure mode is activated by the gold lock or key on your browser's taskbar which indicates that you are on the secure area of our shopping cart. When you see this lock icon, you will know that your data is being completely safeguarded. Keep in mind that the lock or key does not appear until you reach the checkout portion of the cart. That's the first place you are asked to provide personal information.

Using Our Shopping Cart

    We have updated our on-line shopping with a new, easier to use shopping cart. Our new cart has two different methods of ordering on-line from Industrial Packaging Equipment. Most items have an "Add To Cart" button located next to or near the selected item which will add one of the selected items to the cart. Other items will have a text box next to the item to enter the quantity you desire and an "Add To Cart" button located farther down on the page. Clicking the "Add To Cart" button will automatically add the item (or multiple items on the pages with the text boxes) to your shopping cart and take you to the shopping cart screen. While you are there, you can easily make changes to your cart, such as deleting items or changing the desired quantity. If you want to select another item, press your "back" button on your browser to go back to the last page you where on or press the "Shop More" button to go back to our home page. Click the "Complete Order" button to finalize your order.

Checking Your Shopping Cart

    You may check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the "Check Shopping Cart" link at the bottom the menu bar located in the top left hand corner of every page. You may then see what you what you have selected for purchase and you will also have the opportunity to change or delete items as needed.

Checking Out

    When you are done shopping, just click on the "Complete Order" button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen and all of your purchases will be finalized. You will also receive an email receipt of your order. Our shipping charges with the new cart are now fairly close, heavier items such as machines do NOT have a freight amount programmed into the shopping cart. We will contact you by phone or email for all orders over $500 before freight to confirm the order and to give you the freight amount when necessary.
