Claims of damage, defect or error must be made within 5 days after receiving your order.
Claims of freight damaged items must be made to the freight carrier. We will be happy to assist you in making your claim.
Returns of non-defective items must be made within 15 days after receiving the items, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged. Shipping related charges are not refundable.
Vacuum pouches that are USDA/FDA approved ARE NOT returnable. Please check with us BEFORE ordering to determine if item is returnable.

Equipment is covered by the original manufacturers warranty which vary with the different manufacturers. We will be happy to help you with any warranty problems that occur. You may need to return equipment to us at your expense to have warranty service done. We can also help you get repair parts at no charge during the warranty period if you do your own work.
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained prior to returning any item, and return freight prepaid by the customer. Return shipping instructions will be provided.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
Credit card refunds will be processed to the original credit card.
Shipping Information
Most items ship within 24 hours with the exception of special order equipment or items that are temporarily out of stock. If you order on Friday your order will probably not ship until Monday. We use ground UPS for most items (larger machines ship by truck) which can take up to 5 business days to reach you in the continental United States. Faster delivery is available at additional cost. Just let us know how you want your items shipped when you place your order by telling us in the comment section of our shopping cart. Our shopping cart isn't smart enough to figure the additional shipping costs but we will recalculate them when processed.
Warranty Information
Equipment is covered by the original manufacturers warranty which varies with the different manufacturers. We will be happy to help you with any warranty problems that occur. You may need to return equipment to us at your expense to have warranty service done. We can also help you get repair parts at no charge during the warranty period if you do your own work. Some of the manufacturers we represent are listed below. Minipack-America Minipack-America chamber vacuum machines, shrink wrap systems and and stretch wrap machines now carry a two year parts warranty. Wear items such as sealing elements, PTFE Non Stick tape, seal bar strikers, gaskets, oil, etc. are not covered. Labor warranty is limited to 90 days and may require the machine be brought or shipped to a service center.

We will never sell or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, to other companies for any reason, except as required by law.

That's all it does!
